Known as the "Cornhusker State", Nebraska is the only triply landlocked state (territory is not connected to an ocean, or coastlines lie in endorheic basin) in the United States. It is also known as the state of warm-hearted people, with a good combination of lively cities and scenic natural attractions.

The state is made up of two major land regions, the Dissected Till Plains (gentle rolling hills) and the Great Plains (treeless prairie). The former contains the largest cities, such as Omaha and Lincoln. The latter is the capital, while the former is its largest city. Both are absolutely worth a visit through their rich and long history and vibrant culture.

The Henry Doorly Zoo, Sunken Gardens, and Toadstool Geologic Park, for example, are three very different attractions. Yet they are all gorgeous in their own way, perfect for nature lovers. For anyone looking for Smithsonian-quality collection, there's the Museum of American Speed.

The state's economy depends heavily on outside investment. Its agriculture, on the other hand, is as strong as ever. It's one of the biggest producers of dry beans, sorghum, soybeans, wheat, and of course corn; hence the nickname "Cornhusker State".
